ADI Global Distribution, a leading global distributor of security, AV and low-voltage products, announced today the release of a new mobile app to provide French customers with a fast and easy way to shop ADI from a mobile device. Installers and trade professionals can use the app to search for products, build job lists, check pricing and availability, place orders, track deliveries and manage their ADI account on the go.
The ADI app offers a modern design and advanced features providing easy access to more than 10,000 products from over 140 leading brands. With facial and fingerprint recognition, users can log in to the app in seconds and navigate quickly and easily. The app makes managing an ADI account even easier, and includes time-saving features like checking order status, reordering, delivery tracking and creating product lists by project or customer.
"ADI continues to make investments in our digital footprint, and the release of the app in France marks the next step in our strategy to transform the online shopping experience at ADI," said Laura Phelan, global vice president of digital experience at ADI. "To ensure the app meets the needs of our customers, we gathered feedback from them during each phase of development. We're confident the app will serve as a valuable tool for customers to access the products and services they need from ADI."
In addition to the new App, ADI recently made upgrades to its website to deliver an enhanced online shopping experience for customers. As part of the upgrade, customers can experience faster load times, easier navigation, more user guides, data sheets and content, improved ability to find related products and a greater consistency across product listings. These improvements make it easier to navigate the site, find product information and shop related products.

"In addition to the mobile app and improvements to our Digital Branch, we're also making additional investments in our local business to provide more value to customers. The new mobile app also provides access to all ADI's ongoing promotions, monthly sales flyers and real-time stock availability. ADI plans to continue to add new features and functionality to the app, making it even easier to shop ADI.
ADI also launched the new app in the U.K. and Netherlands earlier this year, and in the U.S. last year. The company has plans to release a version of the app for additional countries in the coming months.
