Meet the ADI Board of Directors

Christine Gorjanc brings extensive financial, governance, and public company leadership experience to the ADI Board. With decades of experience as a chief financial officer, audit committee chair, and public company director, she provides valuable expertise in finance, operations, technology, corporate strategy, and business transformation.

Ms. Gorjanc served as Chief Financial Officer for Arlo Technologies, Inc. ("Arlo") from August 2018 to June 2020. Prior to the spin-out of Arlo from NETGEAR, she served as Chief Financial Officer of NETGEAR, Inc. since January 2008 and previously served as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President, Finance. Prior to NETGEAR, Inc., Ms. Gorjanc served in several executive roles, including Vice President, Controller, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of Aspect Communications Corporation. Ms. Gorjanc also served as Manager of Tax for Tandem Computers, Inc., and previously held management positions at Xidex Corporation and spent eight years in public accounting.

Ms. Gorjanc currently serves on the board of Forward Air Corporation, where she is Audit Committee Chair and serves on the Compensation Committee. She also serves on the board of Polestar Automotive Holding UK PLC, where she chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Compensation Committee. She previously served on the boards of Juniper Networks, Invitae, Shapeways Holding, Zymergen, and Carbon Health, including multiple roles as Audit Committee Chair and Lead Director.

Ms. Gorjanc is well qualified to serve on the Board because of her extensive experience in senior leadership roles, executive experience and financial expertise gained through service as a chief financial officer of rapidly growing international technology companies, including experience in operations, supply chain, information technology, and mergers and acquisitions. She led the separation of Arlo from NETGEAR, including the subsequent IPO and tax-free spin-off. She is recognized as an experienced financial expert as defined by the SEC, NYSE, and Nasdaq and is also NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) Directorship Certified.

Ms. Gorjanc holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
