Cynthia Hostetler brings more than 25 years of leadership experience managing large investment funds, guiding institutional investors, allocating capital for businesses (including restructuring and mergers and acquisitions transactions), and overseeing governance and regulatory compliance to the ADI Board. She served as a director on the Resideo Board since 2020, including as Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Finance Committee.
Previously, Ms. Hostetler served as President and board member of First Manhattan Bancorporation, a regional bank holding company based in Kansas, where she led a three-year turnaround to rebuild the business and ultimately sold it in an all-cash transaction at a significant premium to the market. After spending several years at First Manhattan, Ms. Hostetler was appointed Head of Investment Funds and Private Equity for the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (now the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation). Ms. Hostetler served in this role as a presidential appointee from 2001 to 2009.
An experienced board member, Ms. Hostetler currently serves on several mutual fund boards, including as Trustee of Invesco Funds, Director of TriLinc Global Impact Fund, and Board Member of the Investment Company Institute. She also currently serves on the board of Vulcan Materials Company. She previously served on the boards of Genesee & Wyoming Railroad, Aberdeen Investment Funds, Artio Global Funds, and Edgen Group.
Ms. Hostetler is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Southern Methodist University.
