Meet the ADI Board of Directors

Stephen LeClair is a retired Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Core & Main, Inc. (NYSE: CNM). He served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from August 2017 to 2024, leading the company through its separation from HD Supply and its successful initial public offering in 2021.

Prior to that, he served as President of HD Supply Waterworks from 2014 until its private spinout in 2017. He also served as President of HD Supply Lumber and Building Materials and spent 15 years with General Electric Company (GE) in various positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President, Marketing & Product Management for GE Equipment Services and Retail Business Development Leader for GE Appliances.

Mr. LeClair currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of AAON Inc. (NASDAQ: AAON), a position he has held since 2017, and Dycom, Inc. (NYSE: DY), where he has served since 2025. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville.

Mr. LeClair is a valuable member of our Board because of his significant experience in the industrial and distribution industries, mergers and acquisitions, as well as his deep knowledge of the industry and day-to-day business operations.
