2020 ADI COVID-19 Update

As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 situation, our top priority remains the safety of our team members, customers, and partners. We understand the key role that our industry plays in ensuring the safety and security of our communities, and ADI continues to serve our customers.

We have a cross-functional team in place dedicated to monitoring regional and local government orders, and making adjustments to our operations accordingly. During this time, we quickly implemented modifications at our branches, including closing our retail areas and implementing curbside pick-up, to continue providing customers with products in a safe and secure way.

We have now begun the process of reopening some of our branch retail areas across the globe for in-store shopping and pickup. Each location will reopen as permitted by local governments, with the appropriate safety measures in place. Click here for the latest updates in your country.

As we reopen, some of the additional safety measures we are implementing include:

  • Face coverings for all team members
  • Shield guards at all checkout and order pickup counters
  • Hand-sanitizing stations at branch entrance
  • Visible signage to promote social distancing guidelines.
  • Floor markers designating six feet distance for checkout lines
  • Increased daily cleaning schedules for high-touch areas

For the protection of our staff, we recommend visitors entering the facility wear a face covering, and in locations where is it legally required we will comply and require all visitors to wear a face-covering unless there is a medical condition preventing them to do so.

During these times, access to security and life safety products becomes even more important to our communities. To meet the needs of our customers, we continue to monitor the situation to help lessen any possible impact to our operations. We’re engaging with our supplier partners to proactively monitor inventory positions and mitigate any potential supply chain delays. In addition, we encourage customers to continue utilizing our Digital Branch, shipping options and pick-up services to procure products.

ADI values partnerships with its customers and supplier partners, and we are committed to providing updates on the steps we’re taking to support business continuity during this time. We trust that when we get to the other side of this, we’ll be stronger as an industry.
