Just over a year ago, Snap One became part of ADI, marking a pivotal moment for both companies and the industry. Today, the combined organization is proud to reflect on a year of transformative progress and innovation under the shared mantra: Even Better Together.

 

The strategic focus of the combined business is to deliver measurable benefits to customers, providing increased access to products, greater convenience, and enhanced service – all designed to help customers grow.

Over the past 12 months, ADI | Snap One launched approximately 500 new Exclusive Brand products. These include the next-generation Control4 X4 platform, Lux Lighting, and major advancements in WattBox, Luma, and Episode, many of which have received industry accolades. With a roadmap focused performance, reliability, and integrator success, the company continues center on delivering enhanced product experiences. (Control4 remains an authorized brand only.)

 

Expanded Product Portfolio

With more than 5,000 additional SKUs from third-party distributed brands, the combined portfolio now exceeds 20,000 products. Whether shopping online or in-store, customers can benefit from the expanded selection, consistent access, and a seamless buying experience.  

 

Greater Buying Convenience

Through improved inventory depth and availability at 200+ stocking locations, customers now enjoy faster access and increased efficiency. Plus, customers can earn rewards on Exclusive Brand purchases at both ADI and Snap One, regardless of which store they shop. 

 

Expanded Footprint

The first combined ADI | Snap One stores opened in Omaha, NE and Pittsburgh, PA, offering customers the best of both companies in one convenient destination. These stores feature expanded inventory, specialized AV expertise, and enhanced service.

 

Smarter, Faster Digital Experience
More than 65,000 customers now interact with the companies' digital platforms. ADI's site has been upgraded with AI-powered search and improved speed and usability, while a refreshed Snap One ecommerce experience is coming soon.  

 

Enhanced Services to Fuel Growth

The company continues to invest in RMR-driving solutions, expanding offerings like Connect, Assist, Parasol, OvrC, along with design services.

 

Trusted Support and Expertise  

Both Snap One's Support Team and ADI's System Design Services remain at the forefront of customer service, now working in closer alignment to deliver more resources, faster resolution, and deeper integration support.

 

Education & Training
