Allie Copeland is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at ADI, where she is responsible for end‑to‑end operations of the business, bringing together revenue delivery and operational execution. In this role, Allie oversees ADI’s global sales and support teams, operations, transportation, inventory and supply chain, and go‑to‑market execution, ensuring alignment between how the company plans, sells, and delivers for customers.

A transformational leader, Allie is known for aligning strategy with execution and translating complex challenges into scalable operating models that drive performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Allie joined ADI in 2016 as Vice President of Americas Operations and has since taken on roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of Global Operations, Chief Transformation Officer, and Chief Commercial Officer. During her tenure, she has led critical operational, commercial, and transformation initiatives that strengthened ADI's ability to scale and execute with discipline. Her leadership has included the integration of the Snap One acquisition, implementation of the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform, and optimization of supply chain and sales operations to support consistent execution across the business.

Allie brings more than 25 years of experience in the industrial and distribution sectors, with leadership roles spanning operations, sales, marketing, and business development. She serves on the Institute Board of the National Association of Wholesalers (NAW) and has been recognized as Mission 500’s Humanitarian of the Year and a Modern Distribution Management Women in Distribution Award recipient.

She holds a Master of Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Pennsylvania State University. A certified Lean Expert, Allie is an active mentor to developing leaders and an executive sponsor and advocate for Employee Resource Groups.
