Allie Copeland serves as ADI’s Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for leading the company’s global commercial growth strategy and execution. A transformational leader, she is known for turning complex challenges into strategic opportunities and consistently delivering measurable business outcomes.

In this role, Allie oversees all global sales functions, growth initiatives, customer experience, and go-to-market execution. She is focused on driving revenue growth and accelerating business performance, while deepening relationships across ADI’s more than 100,000 customers worldwide.

Previously, Allie served as Chief Transformation Officer, where she led foundational initiatives to enhance ADI’s scalability, operational agility, and long-term growth. This included leading the integration of the Snap One acquisition and implementing the company’s new enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. Prior to that, she served as Chief Operations Officer, where she optimized supply chain and sales operations, and also led the Pro AV sales team.

Since joining ADI in 2016, Allie has taken on roles of increasing responsibility and strategic impact. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the industrial and distribution sectors, with leadership roles at Standard Supply and Distributing Company, Johnstone Supply, and Rexel. Her background spans operations, sales, marketing, and business development.

Allie currently serves on the Institute Board of the National Association of Wholesalers (NAW). She was named Humanitarian of the Year by Mission 500 in 2025 and received the Women in Distribution Award from Modern Distribution Management (MDM) in 2021.

She holds a Master of Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Pennsylvania State University. A certified Lean Expert, Allie brings a strong foundation in operational excellence to her work. She is actively engaged in Employee Resource Groups at Resideo, serving as an executive sponsor and advocate across multiple communities. Allie is also a dedicated mentor to emerging leaders throughout the organization.
