Allie Copeland is the Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer for ADI, responsible for strategic initiatives focused on innovation, operational excellence and sustainable growth. With a proven track record of driving complex change, she is responsible for aligning digital, technology and business transformation efforts to future-proof the organization.

In this role, Allie has spearheaded digital transformation initiatives, integrating complex technology stacks to align with business goals and enhance operational agility. Following the Snap One acquisition, she leads the organization's integration efforts – ensuring a seamless transition, cultural alignment, and realization of long-term value. Known for her collaborative leadership, Allie partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact and sustainable results across the organization.

Allie brings more than 25 years of industrial experience in operations, business development and marketing. Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Vice President of Operations for ADI and held leadership positions at Standard Supply and Distributing Company, Johnstone Supply, Rexel and Alarm Express.

She serves on the Institute Board of the National Association of Wholesalers (NAW), contributing to research and education initiatives that promote distribution excellence. In 2025, Allie was honored as Humanitarian of the Year by nonprofit Mission 500 and was recognized in 2021 with the Women in Distribution Award by Modern Distribution Management (MDM).

Allie is Lean Expert Certified, an active member of the Women@Resideo resource group, and a dedicated mentor to emerging leaders across the company. She holds a Master of Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Pennsylvania State University.
