Chris Mortorff serves as General Counsel for ADI, where he is responsible for driving the company's legal strategy in alignment with business goals and stakeholder priorities. He provides strategic guidance on legal, governance, regulatory and compliance matters critical to ADI's operations.

In his role, Chris oversees legal affairs related to ADI's exclusive brands and proprietary products and services portfolio. Drawing on his strong background in the technology sector, he advises on a broad range of legal areas including product development, technology transactions, sales and go-to-market initiatives, M&A, and litigation and dispute resolution.

Previously, Chris served as an Assistant General Counsel at Snap One, where he was lead counsel for global sales, product and corporate development functions, and assisted the company through its successful IPO. Prior to that, Chris worked in various legal roles at Microsoft including with its Greater China Region business and its U.S. Government Affairs team. Chris has also held legal and business positions in areas including cross-border investment and international trade policy.

He earned his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Bachelor of Arts in Chinese, both from Brigham Young University.
