Deirdre Hill serves as General Counsel for ADI, where she is responsible for driving the company's legal strategy in alignment with business goals and stakeholder priorities. She provides strategic guidance on legal, governance, regulatory and compliance matters critical to ADI's operations.

In her role, Deirdre oversees legal affairs related to ADI's network of more than 1,000 distributed brands, including the company's go-to-market strategy through its store locations and ecommerce platforms. She has played a pivotal role in supporting the expansion of ADI's digital footprint and advises on a broad range of matters including commercial excellence, antitrust, M&A, litigation and dispute, risk management, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Previously, Deirdre served as an Assistant General Counsel at Honeywell Security. She began her legal career as an associate at several mid-sized law firms in New York City, where she built a strong foundation in commercial and corporate law.

Deirdre is the Committee Chair for Women@Resideo and is the corporate secretary for several subsidiary entities within the company. She is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and volunteers her legal expertise to various community organizations across Long Island.

Deirdre earned her law degree and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
