Jacob Tzegaegbe is the Vice President of Strategy at ADI, where he is responsible for defining, driving and executing the company's long-term strategic vision. He leads strategic planning, business development, market intelligence and strategic marketing functions.

With over a decade of strategy experience, Jacob is recognized for his expertise in business transformation, corporate growth and long-term value creation across a variety of industries. He brings a data-driven approach to strategy, combining analytical rigor with practical execution to identify new market opportunities, accelerate innovation and guide M&A initiatives. He excels in translating complex challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions.

Previously, Jacob was Vice President of Strategy at Snap One, where he led corporate strategy and go-to-market operations. He also served as Senior Advisor to the Mayor for the City of Atlanta, and earlier in his career, held roles at McKinsey & Company, Via and Exxon Mobil.

Jacob earned two Master's degrees from University College London as a Marshall Scholar, as well as Master's and Bachelor's degrees in civil engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Agency (MARTA) and Propel ATL.
