Jason Winchester is the Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer for ADI, responsible for the global product strategy, development, and the innovation roadmap for the company's proprietary Exclusive Brands portfolio. He oversees engineering, product development, product management, quality and testing and software design functions.

In his role, Jason is responsible for driving the vision, design and delivery of products to meet customer needs, align with industry trends and support ADI's long-term growth strategy.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Jason brings a strong track record of launching transformative products, building high-performing teams, and fostering cross-functional collaboration between engineering, marketing, sales, and customer experience. His diverse background in procurement, engineering, operations, and product management plays a key role in driving product successes and shaping future roadmaps.

Previously, Jason served as Executive Vice President of Product at Snap One, where he led product lifecycle management, introduced numerous new products, and championed a customer-centric approach to innovation. Prior to that, Jason held leadership roles across product and category management at Snap One. Earlier in his career, Jason spent 10 years at an automotive parts manufacturer, ultimately advancing to General Manager of Innovation.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.
