Jeannine Lane is General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of ADI, where she leads the company's global legal, compliance, governance, regulatory, risk management and corporate secretary functions. She serves as a strategic advisor to ADI's executive leadership team and Board of Directors, providing counsel on corporate governance, securities law, compliance, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business operations. Her leadership has been instrumental in supporting ADI's separation readiness efforts and positioning the company for long-term success as a standalone public company.
Jeannine brings more than 35 years of legal leadership experience across global public companies and growth-oriented businesses. She has extensive expertise in corporate governance, compliance, commercial transactions, regulatory matters, litigation management, mergers and acquisitions, trade compliance, public company reporting and disclosure requirements.
Throughout her career, she has successfully partnered with business leaders to navigate complex legal, operational and strategic challenges while supporting growth and transformation initiatives.
Prior to her role with ADI, Jeannine served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Resideo, where she led the company's global legal, health, safety and environmental, risk, integrity and compliance, litigation, trade compliance, board governance, and corporate responsibility functions. She transitioned into that role as part of Resideo's separation from Honeywell, serving as interim General Counsel during the transition.
During her more than 20 years with Honeywell, Jeannine held a series of senior legal leadership positions supporting global businesses across the homes, security, fire, life safety, industrial safety, and consumer products sectors. She also played a key role in numerous transformational acquisitions and integrations throughout her career. Prior to joining Honeywell, she served as Vice President and General Counsel of Prestone Products Corporation.
Jeannine earned a bachelor's degree in English and Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany and a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School.
