Leigh Ann Angelini is the Vice President of Human Resources (HR) for ADI, responsible for the company's global people strategy. Supporting more than 4,000 team members, Leigh Ann is dedicated to driving an innovative HR approach that aligns with business goals and cultivates a positive work culture.

In her role, Leigh Ann is focused on ADI's organizational success through talent management, productivity and performance, and employee engagement. She is committed to implementing HR best practices to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, while driving positive business results. Leigh Ann partners closely with Resideo HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations to ensure alignment.

As a results-oriented leader, Leigh Ann leverages business KPIs to drive a strong HR function. She has been instrumental in leading HR initiatives for M&A activities, and is particularly skilled at talent development and building strong teams. Leigh Ann is often tapped to lead HR initiatives across ADI and Resideo and has been praised for her ability to mobilize cross-functional teams to meet critical objectives under tight timelines.

Previously, Leigh Ann served as ADI EMEA HR leader and has held a variety of HR leadership roles across ADI, Resideo and Honeywell. Before joining the company, she served as HR manager at PPG Industries.

Leigh Ann holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources, and is a member of the National Association of Wholesalers.
