Meet the ADI Leadership Team

Leigh Ann Angelini is Vice President and Chief People Leader for ADI, responsible for the company's global people strategy. Supporting more than 4,000 team members, Leigh Ann is dedicated to driving an innovative HR approach that aligns with business goals, cultivates a positive work culture, and enables organizational growth.

In her role, Leigh Ann oversees ADI's talent strategy, including talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance. She is committed to implementing HR best practices that enhance the employee experience, strengthen retention, and support business growth. Leigh Ann partners closely with Resideo HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations to ensure alignment and deliver scalable people programs across the organization.

As a results-oriented leader, Leigh Ann leverages business KPIs to drive a strong HR function. She has been instrumental in leading HR initiatives supporting mergers and acquisitions, organizational transformation, and talent development, and is particularly skilled at building high-performing teams. Leigh Ann is often tapped to lead HR initiatives across ADI and Resideo and has been praised for her ability to mobilize cross-functional teams to meet critical objectives under tight timelines.

Previously, Leigh Ann served as ADI EMEA HR leader and has held a variety of HR leadership roles across ADI, Resideo and Honeywell. Before joining the company, she served as HR Manager at PPG Industries.

Leigh Ann holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources and is a member of the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors.
