Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

Marco Cardazzi is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at ADI, responsible the strategic direction and execution of global marketing initiatives. In his role, he is focused on advancing ADI’s growth strategy, enhancing customer engagement, driving supplier loyalty and strengthening brand equity.


Marco oversees a broad portfolio of marketing functions, including corporate branding, category management, marketing operations, product marketing, events, and communications. He plays a pivotal role in curating ADI’s extensive product offering — comprising over 400,000 SKUs from more than 1,000 suppliers — and cultivating deep relationships with supplier partners. He also leads the marketing efforts behind ADI’s exclusive brands portfolio, which features industry-leading names such as Control4, WattBox, OvrC, Luma and Triad.


With over two decades of experience in distribution and retail, Marco brings a results-driven approach to marketing, specializing in building high-impact programs that deliver measurable ROI. His ability to align marketing strategies with business goals is underscored by a track record of fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across product development, sales and customer support teams.


Previously, Marco served as Vice President of Marketing for ADI North America and held key roles in product management. Before joining ADI, he held product management positions at Global Equipment, MSC Industrial and Rodi Automotive.


Marco holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance from Baruch College at the City University of New York – Zicklin School of Business.
