Marco Cardazzi is Senior Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer at ADI, where he leads the company’s integrated Merchandising, Marketing, Product, and Experience organizations. In this role, Marco is responsible for ADI’s end-to-end go-to-market strategy, focused on driving growth, strengthening supplier and customer engagement, and delivering differentiated solutions across all channels.
Marco oversees a broad portfolio that includes category strategy, exclusive brands, product management, marketing, communications, events, digital and customer experience. He plays a key role in shaping ADI’s product assortment strategy and advancing the company’s exclusive brands portfolio, including Control4, WattBox, OvrC, Luma, and Triad. His focus is on aligning strategy, insights, and execution to create value for customers, suppliers, and partners.
With more than 20 years of experience across distribution and retail, Marco brings a results-driven approach and a strong track record of driving category growth, expanding private label programs, and curating product assortments that align with evolving customer needs.
He previously served as ADI’s Chief Marketing Officer and has held multiple leadership roles across marketing, category management, and exclusive brands. Prior to ADI, he held product management roles at Global Equipment, MSC Industrial, and Rodi Automotive.
Marco holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College, City University of New York.
