SVP, Chief Financial Officer

Michael Carlet is Chief Financial Officer of ADI, where he leads the company's global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations, internal audit, and financial reporting. He plays a key role in shaping ADI's financial strategy and driving the company's growth initiatives, operational performance, capital allocation, and separation readiness efforts as it prepares to operate as a standalone public company.

Michael brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience with a proven track record of guiding companies through transformation, growth, mergers and acquisitions, and public company transactions. He has extensive expertise in strategic planning, capital allocation, operational improvement, financial reporting, and value creation across both public and private equity-backed organizations.

Prior to his role with ADI, Michael served as Chief Financial Officer of Resideo. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Snap One, where he helped transform the company from a pure e-commerce business into a leading omnichannel technology provider. During his tenure, Snap One achieved substantial growth in revenue and profitability, completed several strategic acquisitions, and successfully executed its initial public offering in 2021.

Earlier in his career, Michael served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Sears Automotive and as Chief Financial Officer of Driven Brands, where he helped lead the business through multiple ownership transitions and recapitalization events. He began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young.

Throughout his career, Michael has successfully partnered with leadership teams to drive financial discipline, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. His experience leading organizations through growth initiatives, strategic transactions, and organizational transformation has been instrumental in preparing ADI for its next chapter as an independent public company.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from The Catholic University of America and an MBA from the Wake Forest University School of Business.
