Nathan Porter is Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for ADI, responsible for global supply chain operations to drive efficiency, scalability and best-in-class service. He oversees the company's retail and manufacturing operations, distribution centers, logistics, inventory management, quality, procurement and sourcing functions.

In his role, Nathan is focused on delivering consistent, high-quality performance to meet customer demand, while ensuring operations are aligned with ADI's strategic objectives and support long-term, sustainable growth.

With more than 25 years of operations leadership experience, Nathan has a proven track record of optimizing complex systems, leading cross-functional teams, and building agile processes within fast-paced, dynamic environments. Known for his hands-on leadership style and data-driven approach, he is committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and empowering teams to achieve measurable results.

Previously, Nathan served as Executive Vice President of Operations and Head of Supply Chain for Snap One, where he led transformation initiatives, improved supply chain performance, and helped enhance customer satisfaction. Before Snap One, he held key operations leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies and General Motors.

Nathan holds an MBA in Global Management from New York Institute of Technology and has a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
