Meet the ADI Leadership Team

Nicole Stevens is Chief Accounting Officer of ADI, where she leads the company's global financial reporting and controllership, tax compliance, and internal audit functions. She plays a key role in preparing ADI to operate as a standalone public company, helping establish the financial reporting, governance, and accounting infrastructure needed to support the company's next chapter.

Nicole brings extensive public company accounting and reporting experience, with deep expertise in SEC reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, compliance, and financial transformation. She works closely across the business to strengthen accounting processes, support regulatory compliance, and advance ADI's long-term growth strategy.

Prior to joining ADI, Nicole served as Senior Vice President of Financial Reporting at Amwins, where she led enterprise-wide financial reporting and played a key role in advancing reporting processes and governance. Previously, she held roles of increasing responsibility at Snap One, including Vice President and Senior Director of Financial Reporting. At Snap One, she was instrumental in enhancing the company's accounting and reporting infrastructure following its initial public offering, strengthening internal controls, and supporting the organization through its transition to public company reporting requirements.

Earlier in her career, Nicole spent 15 years at Ernst & Young, serving large and mid-sized public and private multinational clients across a range of industries. She led global audit engagements and advised clients on complex accounting, reporting, and internal control matters.

Nicole is a licensed CPA and holds a Master of Accounting from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
