Tom Kell is Vice President for Information Technology (IT) for ADI, responsible for overseeing the organization's infrastructure systems and long-term IT strategy. He is focused on implementing technology initiatives that align with business goals, ensuring that IT capabilities support and enhance ADI's strategic objectives.

In his role, Tom collaborates across departments to streamline, modernize and mature IT services. He leverages his deep expertise to solve business challenges through technology and drives a process-oriented approach to identify operational improvements and create new opportunities for innovation and growth.

As an accomplished technology leader, Tom brings over 25 years of experience delivering impactful IT initiatives to enable business success. Before joining ADI, he served as Senior Principal Consultant with Galt Consulting Group, where he provided technology planning, CIO advisory services, and M&A IT integration for clients. He also held leadership roles at Cargill, InCompass IT and Bankers Equipment Services.

Tom is a Six Sigma Green Belt, LEAN/DFSS and ITIL certified, reflecting his strong foundation in continuous improvement and service excellence.
