ADI Exclusive Brand Interoperability Policy

ADI Exclusive Brand Interoperability Policy

ADI generally follows an open interoperability philosophy that provides integrators and their clients flexibility and choice in the products they can use with ADI products and platforms. However, we may restrict interoperability in a few scenarios including the following:

‍

  • Violations of others’ rights including intellectual property and privacy.
  • Violations of law.
  • Integrations that harm customer experiences.

‍

To avoid disruption to our customers and end-clients, we only deprecate integrations already installed on customer systems in rare instances. The main reasons that we would take such action include integrations that are harming customer systems or violating laws.
