ADI Expands 1Plan Services Platform with Redesigned Parasol Experience
August 27, 2026
Reinforcing its commitment to helping customers build recurring revenue through a growing portfolio of services, ADI today announced a redesigned Parasol experience within its 1Plan platform, providing custom integrators with a single place to design, sell, activate and manage recurring services.
The update represents the most significant evolution of Parasol, ADI's 24/7 end-customer remote support and monitoring service, since its launch in 2019. It brings Parasol into the 1Plan platform alongside ARCC, ADI's cloud-based network management service. Customers can now access Parasol and ARCC through a single portal, simplifying access to recurring services. They also benefit from modernized business administration capabilities, including more streamlined credit card management, granularity for user management and permissions, enhanced notification management, and centralized end-customer contact management.
Together, these enhancements reflect ADI's continued investment in its recurring services portfolio, simplifying how customers activate, manage and grow their service offerings.
The redesigned experience introduces a refreshed service structure built around how integrators sell recurring services today. Customers can select from multiple service tiers with per-site add-ons and activate new subscribers through a guided workflow designed to reduce administrative effort and accelerate onboarding. Native OvrC integration further streamlines the experience by pulling device information directly into Parasol during activation and ongoing support, helping improve first-call resolution, reduce manual setup and minimize back-and-forth between integrators and support teams.
Additional enhancements include location-based management across both ARCC and Parasol, integrated user access and management through SnapAV.com, and subscription options such as multi-year terms.
“Recurring services continue to play an increasingly important role in helping our customers build stronger businesses and deliver exceptional support to their clients,” said Bryce Nordstrand, VP GM Managed Services at ADI. “By bringing Parasol into the 1Plan platform, we’re making it easier for customers to activate, manage and scale those services while giving them a more connected experience across our growing services portfolio. Ultimately, we’re helping our customers provide the services and support their clients have come to expect while creating more predictable, profitable and reliable outcomes.”
Originally launched as a standalone service, Parasol now forms part of ADI’s broader 1Plan strategy to unify recurring services within a single platform. Today, the portfolio includes remote support, network management, cloud video services, Control4 Assist and protection plans, with additional services expected to be integrated over time. The redesigned Parasol experience is expected to be available to North American customers in Q3.
