Snap One, now part of ADI, today announced a refresh of the Episode Surroundscape Landscape speaker series that incorporates new high-value features to improve performance, design, as well as installation ease and operation. The new Surroundscape series replaces the original Episode Landscape speakers with familiar model sizes, subwoofers and mounting hardware to suit diverse outdoor environments.

Key features of the new Episode Surroundscape line include an improved IP67-rated speaker design to better withstand adverse weather conditions that cause water intrusion and UV fading, while blending seamlessly with outdoor environments without sacrificing performance. These updates allow customers to offer end users a higher-quality product that in turn boosts satisfaction.

Additionally, the line also handles more power and installation options for greater scalability so integrators have more flexibility during the project and can easily add more units to upgrade an install as needed.

The new Surroundscape series features several SKUs including 4-, 6-, and 8-inch speakers; 8-, 10-, and 12-inch burial subwoofers with a 12-inch hardscape version; and stake, surface, and conduit mounts. The Surroundscape series also offers different solutions across a variety of terrains, listening environments, design parameters, and end user expectations.
